SEATTLE - The Seattle Storm today announced the signing of forward Reshanda Gray to a training camp contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Gray, a former second-round pick (16th overall) in the 2015 WNBA Draft, has played five seasons in the league, appearing in 114 career games for four teams. She has averaged 4.2 points and 3.4 rebounds for her career, posting her best season scoring average last year with New York, contributing 5.9 points per game. That included a season-best 17-point performance at Las Vegas on June 17-one of four games she scored in double-figures for the Liberty. She scored eight points on 3-of-3 shooting over a two-minute span in the fourth quarter of New York's near upset over Phoenix in the first round of the 2021 WNBA Playoffs.

Gray was a two-time All-Pac-12 First-Team selection at Cal including being named Pac-12 Player of the Year in 2014-15. Over her final two seasons at Berkley, she averaged 17.5 points and 8.0 rebounds per contest.

The Seattle Storm opens the 2022 season on Friday, May 6, hosting the Minnesota Lynx in its return home, playing its first full season in Seattle since 2018 at the newly renovated Climate Pledge Arena.
