Avon, Oh- The Lake Erie Crushers mascot Stomper has returned to his home, All Pro Freight Stadium. Thanks to all of the media support the Lake Erie Crushers have received over the past week, Stomper was successfully returned on Thursday.
"We are humbled by the community support in the effort to get Stomper's head back and thank everyone for their help. We are anxious to get Stomper back out into the community this offseason as we prepare for the 2012 season," said VP of Operations Daniel Helm.
The Lake Erie Crushers, the 2009 Frontier League Champions, play ball at All Pro Freight Stadium, a 5,000 capacity stadium located in Avon, OH. The Frontier League is an independent baseball league with 12 teams operating throughout the Midwest. Season tickets for the 2012 season are on sale now!
