
Stars to Host Open Skate to Benefit Salvation Army's Nebraska Flood Relief

Lincoln Stars News Release
Lincoln, NE-This Thursday, March 21st, the Lincoln Stars will host an open skate at the Ice Box from 6 pm to 8 pm. The event will benefit the Salvation Army's efforts in aiding those affected by recent, widespread flooding across Nebraska. Stars players, Comet, and QuickPro DJs will be present to skate and entertain anyone bringing any of the following items:
Salvation Army Approved Items:
Shovels
Face masks
Disinfectant
Tarps
Bottled water & Sports Drinks
Alternatively, a $5 donation can be made to gain admission to the skate. The Stars will also raffle off three, team-signed jerseys during the skate. ALL proceeds from donations and the jersey raffle will be donated to the Salvation Army. You can make separate donations to the Salvation Army.
