Sportlandia Night Set for Saturday
January 31, 2023 - Western Hockey League (WHL) - Portland Winterhawks News Release
Celebrate all things Portland sports at Sportlandia Night this Saturday! The Portland Winterhawks are excited to bring together all the teams that make our region's sports scene so special. From the Blazers, to the Timbers, to the Thorns, Hops and more - there's something for fans of every team at this Saturday's Winterhawks game.
Before the game, enjoy music on the concourse until the action starts with the drop of the puck. Stop by booths on the concourse to play games, win prizes and learn more from teams around the area. Make sure to hit the team store for an exclusive Sportlandia shirt, created by our friends at Portland Gear! Click here to check it out.
During the game, our friends from Providence Park - the 107 Independent Supporters Trust (Timbers Army & Rose City Riveters) - will bring the noise as only they can, so get in on the chants and let the Hawks hear ya! Plus - look out for the famous Timber Joey roaming the VMC throughout the evening! When play is stopped, keep an eye on the big screen for representatives of local teams competing in mini-games and on-ice activities during timeouts and intermissions as well.
It's a great night to celebrate the wonderful city that is Sportlandia - we'll see you at 6:00 on Saturday!
