Soo Greyhounds Launch New Community Program: Hounds Handouts Presented by Bell
February 2, 2021 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL) - Soo Greyhounds News Release
Sault Ste. Marie, ON - The Soo Greyhounds are excited to announce the Hounds Handouts program, presented by Bell. This fun, free 9-week program will offer educational worksheets for kids to do at home or at school. Every Monday in February and March, starting today February 1, new worksheets will be available to download at soogreyhounds.com/Hounds-Handouts.
The Hounds Handouts program will cover subjects including math, spelling and grammar, and will also include fun hockey themed word searches, crosswords, colouring sheets, and other activity sheets for all skill levels.
"We are excited to launch the Hounds Handouts program to continue building our relationship with the next generation of Hounds fans! Since we are not currently able to run our typical school program, which features Greyhounds players visiting local schools, we wanted to find a new way to reach out. We are grateful for Bell's continued support of our team and community initiatives as we work towards our return to play." Jeff McClelland, Soo Greyhounds
