Sockers Home Opener Set for Sunday, December 19 at Pechanga Arena

SAN DIEGO - The 15-time champion San Diego Sockers will return to Pechanga Arena San Diego on Sunday, December 19 for the 2021-22 Major Arena Soccer League season home opener, a 5:05pm kickoff. The Sockers will raise their fifteenth professional indoor soccer championship banner to the rafters, the club's first in the MASL, before opening their home defense of the Ron Newman Cup.
Tickets for the home opener are on sale now and can be purchased without fees by calling 866-799-4625 or emailing Marybeth@sdsockers.com.
The MASL will return to a full 24-game schedule this season, beginning in late November. The complete 2021-22 season schedule is expected to be released in the coming weeks.
