Skeeters Jersey Auction to Benefit East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry

(SUGAR LAND, TEXAS). - The Constellation Energy league announced today that the special-edition camouflage jerseys to be worn by Team Skeeters on July 18 and 19 will be auctioned off, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry.

The Interfaith Food Pantry, working in conjunction with the East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry, helps families and individuals living in East Fort Bend County during times of financial crisis, especially those being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. They do so by providing nutritious perishable and non-perishable groceries, household items and toiletries.

Fans do not need to be in attendance to bid on the game-worn jerseys and can visit livesourceapp.com or download the Live Source app on their smartphone to make bids throughout the weekend. The auction will end at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 20.

The Constellation Energy League enters its second week of play, with four professional baseball teams playing seven games a week at Constellation Field. Team Texas, managed by Koby and Roger Clemens, and Team Skeeters, managed by Pete Incaviglia, will play at 7 p.m. on Thursday night at Constellation Field. The game can be streamed by visiting the

Skeeters' Meridix channel.

Friday's game between Team Texas and the Sugar Land Lightning Sloths will be broadcasted locally on AT&T SportsNet Southwest, as well as nationally by select affiliates, with a 7:05 p.m. first pitch at Constellation Field.
