Sharks sign Offensive Lineman Khalil Hunter

Former Louisville Cardinal comes to Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE - The Jacksonville Sharks announced today that offensive lineman Khalil Hunter signed with the Jacksonville Sharks for his first year of arena football.

Hunter (6'4", 305) began his college career at Eastern Arizona Junior College where he became a Second Team Junior College All-American before transferring to Louisville to finish his college career. While at Louisville he played in 16 total games including all 13 games his senior year where he blocked for heisman trophy winner Lamar Jackson. Hunter helped Louisville to a 9-4 record, 532 total offensive yards and 46 rushing touchdowns.

Hunter is a native of Orlando, Florida and attended Agape Christian Academy.
