SEATTLE, WA- September 6, 2013 - Seattle Reign FC today announced that it has waived forward Kristina Larsen and midfielder Kristin Meier.
Kristen Meier was selected in the third round of the NWSL College Draft. Meier played in six games, starting four and tallied 363 minutes in the 2013 season. Kristina Larsen, who previously played in the WPS for the Atlanta beat, was a discovery pick for Reign FC. Larsen played in nine matches for Seattle, starting four and collecting a total of 344 minutes for the season. Larsen had one assist for the season.
Both Meier and Larsen will be made available to other NWSL clubs via the league waiver process beginning Monday, Sept 9.
