Shortstop Tony Schrager was three-for-five and drove in three runs, including the ninth-inning game-winner as the Jaxx won 4-3 in front of 4,335 fans Wednesday night at Orlando.

The Jaxx (25-27) are 3-3 halfway through their longest road trip of the year, have won 10 straight games against the Rays since the start of last year and are still unbeaten alltime at Disney's Wide World of Sports. Schrager broke a 3-3 tie in the ninth inning, singling with two outs and two strikes against Travis Minix (1-5). Schrager scored Mike Amrhein, who had doubled to start the inning.

Schrager, who has a hit in seven of his last eight starts, also doubled the tie the game in the fifth inning after the Jaxx have fallen behind 3-0. Both starting pitchers, Jaxx righty Ben Christensen and Middle Tennessee State product Dewon Brazelton, were former first-round picks. Neither factored in the decision.

Christensen worked six innings, allowing three runs (one earned) on five hits. He struck out four and walked two. Brazelton left after seven innings, giving up three runs (all earned) on five hits. He struck out six and walked two. The Jaxx got a scoreless inning out of three different relievers. Ferenc Jongejan (2-3) worked the eighth for the win. Francis Beltran pitched the ninth for his second save in as many nights.

Thursday, the Jaxx meet Orlando again at 6:05 Central. Righty Wilton Chavez makes his Double-A debut vs. RHS Gerardo Garcia (2-1, 2.67).
