San Jose Sharks Recall Forward Devin Setoguchi From Worcester

SAN JOSE - San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has recalled forward Devin Setoguchi from the Worcester Sharks, San Jose's top development affiliate in the American Hockey League.

Setoguchi, 21, became the first Sharks player to score two goals in his NHL debut on Oct. 29 at Dallas. In all, he has posted 12 points (nine goals, three assists) in 29 games with San Jose this season and is a plus-8.

In 23 games with Worcester, Setoguchi has tabbed 19 points (eight goals, 11 assists).

The six-foot, 205-pound native of Taber, Alberta was originally selected by San Jose in the first round (8th overall) in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.
