Salquist Awarded Most Improved Player

March 27, 2020 - United States Hockey League (USHL) - Fargo Force News Release

Forward Mason Salquist has been awarded as the team's Most Improved Player for the 2019-2020 season.

Mason's growth as a player & person over the course of the season attributed to him receiving the award. "Mason developed into a go-to, reliable player for the Force. His work ethic & resiliency allowed his role to grow as key contributor for our group," said Head Coach Pierre-Paul Lamoureux.

The Grand Forks, ND native finished this season off with 27 points (15g, 12a) and tied for second place in goals scored this season.

Force alumni such as Hank Crone, Tanner Vescio, and 2019-20 team captain Ondrej Pavel have been previously named to the award.
