Sacramento Republic FC Transfer Club Veteran Danny Barrera to Fresno FC

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (January 23, 2018) - Sacramento Republic FC have completed a deal by which midfielder Danny Barrera will be sent to Fresno FC, pending league and federation approval.
Barrera is the all-time leader in assists for Republic FC. The midfielder made 77 appearances all-time, including 62 USL appearances, during his three seasons with Republic FC. In 2017, Barrera made 16 appearances, all starts, scoring a goal and recording four assists before undergoing a season-ending foot surgery in July.
The club will begin training camp on Feb. 1 and has its first friendly on Feb. 25 against LAFC. To view a current roster and learn more visit SacRepublicFC.com.
