Waterloo, Iowa- The Waterloo Black Hawks continue their bid for the 2017 Clark Cup during a Western Conference Finals Series which will begin Friday, April 28th against the Sioux City Musketeers.

The Black Hawks' overcame the Fargo Force during an opening round series, three-games-to-none. Meanwhile, Sioux City completed a three-game sweep of the Des Moines Buccaneers on Friday. As was the case in both prior series, the Waterloo-Sioux City set will be played in a best-of-five format.

Western Conference Finals Schedule - Waterloo Black Hawks vs. Sioux City Musketeers

Game One - Friday, April 28th, Tyson Events Center, 7:05 p.m.

Game Two - Sunday, April 30th, Tyson Events Center, 4:05 p.m.

Game Three - Friday, May 5th, Young Arena, 7:05 p.m.

Game Four - If necessary...Saturday, May 6th, Young Arena, 7:05 p.m.

Game Five - If necessary...Tuesday, May 9th, Tyson Events Center, 7:05 p.m.

Sioux City edged the Black Hawks by three points in the regular season standings to win the Anderson Cup and the Western Conference title. Both teams ended the 2016/17 USHL schedule with 40 victories. While Waterloo was the league's most potent offensive team (210 goals), the Musketeers were the stingiest defense (just 125 goals against). Sioux City's Anderson Cup is the first the club has earned since 1985/86.

Fans who have purchased a Black Hawks playoff package should redeem the "Round B-Game 1" ticket for the game at Young Arena on May 5th. If necessary, the "Round B-Game 2" ticket would be used if the teams meet on May 6th. The "Round B-Game 3" ticket should be discarded.

In addition, individual tickets for the game on May 5th are available immediately; May 6th tickets will go on sale once it is determined that the game will be played. New this season, children 12 and under will receive special playoff pricing, at $8 for all rounds.
