Riders add three to practice roster

Saskatchewan Roughrider General Manager Eric Tillman announced that they have signed import receivers Brian Hernandez and Vincent Marshall, along with non-import defensive back Sebastian Clovis to practice roster contracts.

Hernandez (6'0 - 183lbs) joined the Riders a few days into the 2008 training camp, but was released prior to the season. The 24-year old played three seasons at Utah where he had 125 catches for 1,518 yards and five touchdowns in 33 games.

Marshall (5'8 - 176lbs) joined the Roughriders midway through last season. He dressed in three regular season games last year and attended training camp with the Riders in 2008 before being released. The 24-year old played his college football at the University of Houston and was the all-time leader in receptions with 272 and receiving yards with 3,770.

Clovis (6'0 - 199lbs) attended training camp with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers this season. The older brother of current Rider Tristan Clovis spent the three previous seasons with the B.C. Lions where he had 14 special teams tackles in 23 regular season games.
