The following is the Day 1 report from the 2009 Saskatchewan Roughrider Training Camp.
ROSTER MOVES
None
INJURIES
DL David Patterson (concussion) day to day
DB Konrad Wasiela (hamstring) day to day
PLAYS OF THE DAY
On the offensive side, veteran QB Darian Durant connected with rookie receiver Byron Ross for a 45-yard pass downfield. On the defensive side of the ball, veteran defensive backs Eddie Davis and Omarr Morgan each grabbed interceptions.
TONIGHT
Players will meet with their positional coaches and continue learning the playbook at Luther College.
TOMORROW
Players and coaches will once again hit the practice field at Mosaic Stadium for Day 2 of training camp. Practices will be held at 8:15 am and 10:45 am.
