Revolution II Sign Two Players for 2021 Season

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - New England Revolution II added two more players to the club's roster ahead of the 2021 USL League One season, signing defender Francois Dulysse (pronounced: france-WAH doo-LEASE) and midfielder Michel Costa da Silva (pronounced: mee-SHELL) to USL League One contracts.

Dulysse, 21, spent the past two seasons at Manhattan College after beginning his collegiate career at the University of Central Florida. During his three seasons, Dulysse appeared in 30 games, including 15 in 2019 as a junior for Manhattan in which he played over 1,100 minutes and helped guide the Jaspers to a MAAC Tournament berth. He has also featured internationally at the U-20 level for Haiti and is currently in the U-23 Haitian Olympic Team player pool.

Michel, 18, joins New England from the Botafogo F.R. U-20 team in his native Brazil, just 11 days before his 19th birthday, where he featured as a playmaking midfielder for the club's Academy program. While at Botafogo, he spent one year as teammates with current Revolution II midfielder Maciel in 2019. So far in 2020, Michel has appeared in 18 games across all competitions for the U-20 side, starting on 11 occasions. Over 34 games for the U-20 squad in 2019, Michel scored a pair of goals logging 2,500 minutes.

The Revolution II roster currently stands at 14 players as the USL League One offseason continues.
