FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Revolution (0-3-1, 1 pt.) fell to FC Cincinnati (2-1-1, 7 pts.), 2-0, at Gillette Stadium on Sunday afternoon. FC Cincinnati forward Kekuta Manneh opened the scoring for the visitors in the 44th minute, while Kenny Saief doubled the Orange and Blue's lead on the other side of halftime with a goal in the 65th minute.

Sunday afternoon's contest featured the home debut of forward Juan Fernando Caicedo, as well as the professional debut of midfielder DeJuan Jones. Caicedo logged 24 minutes after replacing Teal Bunbury as a second-half substitute, continuing his recovery from a muscular injury that sidelined him for the Revolution's first two matches. The Colombian, acquired by the Revs from Independiente Medellin during the offseason, submitted one shot and one chance created in his first showing at Gillette Stadium.

Jones, selected by New England with the 11th-overall pick in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft, saw six minutes after replacing Edgar Castillo in the 78th minute. The former Michigan State standout signed with the Revolution on Feb. 25, and has earned a spot in the 18-man match day roster for three of the team's first four games this season.

New England returns to action on Saturday, March 30, when it hosts Minnesota United FC at Gillette Stadium. The match kicks off at 2:00 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Boston, 98.5 The Sports Hub, and in Portuguese on 1260 AM Nossa Radio.

- The Revolution fell to FC Cincinnati, 2-0, on Sunday, setting the club's record at 0-3-1 (1 pt.) through four games of the 2019 MLS season.

New England's all-time record against Cincinnati opens at 0-1-0, and the club's all-time record in first meetings with expansion sides moves to 5-6-6.

Juan Fernando Caicedo Makes Gillette Stadium Debut

- Forward Juan Fernando Caicedo made his home debut when he replaced Teal Bunbury as a substitute in the 66 minute. Caicedo recorded one shot, one chance created, and completed 85.7 percent of his passes in his 24-minute shift.

- The Revolution acquired the Colombian forward on loan from Independiente Medellín on Dec. 20, 2018 using Targeted Allocation Money. Caicedo, 29, owns 89 career goals in nearly 300 appearances across all competitions through nine professional seasons in the top divisions of Colombia and Argentina.

- Caicedo missed the Revolution's first two matches with a muscular injury. He made his MLS debut on March 17 at Toronto FC with a six-minute substitute appearance.

Rookie DeJuan Jones Makes Professional Debut

- Midfielder DeJuan Jones made his MLS debut after replacing defender Edgar Castillo as a substitute in the 78th minute. In 12 minutes of action, Jones recorded 12 touches and six total passes.

- Jones, 21, joined New England as the club's second selection in first round of the 2019 MLS SuperDraft after a four-year career at Michigan State, where he registered 16 goals and 14 assists across 75 appearances. He signed with the team on Feb. 25.

Revolution Starting XI Sees One Change from March 17 at Toronto

- The Revolution's starting lineup saw one change from last weekend's match at Toronto, as forward Cristian Penilla replaced midfielder Scott Caldwell.
