Real Monarchs Add Ibrahim Bance on Loan from ASEC Mimosas

HERRIMAN, UTAH - Real Monarchs have acquired midfielder Ibrahim Bance on loan from ASEC Mimosas in the Ivory Coast for the 2021 USL Championship season, pending league and federation approval, as well as the receipt of his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) and visa. The terms of the signing have not been disclosed.
"The Club is delighted to welcome Ibrahim to Salt Lake City and the Real Monarchs," RSL Assistant General Manager Tony Beltran said. "Ibrahim is an exciting young attacking player with experience at the Club and International level. We look forward to seeing his continued growth within our organization."
Bance, 20, joins the 2019 USL Championship Title-winning Real Monarchs from ASEC Mimosas where he made his professional debut in 2018. The young midfielder spent the 2019 season on loan in the Swedish second tier with Helsingborgs where he made six appearances.
Bance represents Burkina Faso at the international level and made his senior team debut on June 9, 2019, in a 0-0 draw against DR Congo. Prior to that he represented his home country at the U-20 level.
