RailHawks Begin Training Camp on Monday

Cary, NC (Friday, February 06, 2009) - The Carolina RailHawks will begin their pre-season training on Monday, February 9 at 10:00 a.m. at WakeMed Soccer Park. RailHawks Head Coach Martin Rennie will have a chance to train his newest signings as well as evaluate a handful of players looking to impress him and get a spot on the RailHawks roster.

RailHawks newest signings Marcelo Romero, Aaron King and Josh Gardner as well as returning players like Hamed Diallo and Kupono Low, will be training alongside recent college graduates like UNC's Michael Callahan, Garry Lewis and Brian Shriver, and NC State's El Hadj Cisse'.

Training camp will run Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and all training sessions are open to the public. All fans are encouraged to come and greet returning players and see the new players in action. Over the course of the next few weeks the RailHawks will announce a few more key signings and returning players including players with Premier League and MLS experience.

The Carolina RailHawks' 2009 season ticket drive is in full swing with the "All-Inclusive" package, that includes the Major League Soccer exhibition against the New England Revolution on March 14, 2009, as well as other packages tailored to every soccer fan's needs.
