St. Louis Quest News Release
ST. LOUIS, MO., OCTOBER 28, 2002_St. Louis Quest Pro Volleyball Athlete Molly Stark was named one of St. Louis' most eligible bachelorettes according to a recent St. Louis Magazine poll.
Stark and the other nine (five male, five female) "Super Singles" were selected from dozens of nominations based upon their answers to various interview questions regarding their profession, interests and overall personality, commented St. Louis Magazine Editor Elaine Grant.
Stark, who helped the Quest to a 10-8 finish last season, will be beginning her ninth year in professional volleyball. In addition to beginning her third season with USPV, Stark has also played professionally in France and Belgium.
And even though the "Super Singles" candidates ranged from lawyers to massage therapists to directors of security, Stark literally stood above the rest.
Standing at 6'0" the 30-year-old Stark, who graduated with a Psychology degree in 1994 from the University of Notre Dame, was both the youngest and tallest of all the "Super Singles" who were chosen.
This description isn't one Stark is used to on the volleyball court. "Last year being the oldest player in the league, I was always looked upon as the mother of the team and, in this sport, being 6'0" is average," says Stark.
To sum it up, Stark is looking for a confident athletic man who respects women; would invite Lance Armstrong, Tiger Woods, John F. Kennedy Jr., Princess Diana, and Nelly to a fantasy dinner; watches football when she can; and can't live without Mexican food.
A complete description of Stark and the "Super Singles" is available in the November issue of St. Louis Magazine. Stark will be attending the magazine's "Singles Bash" on the evening of November 27th at the Ritz Carlton in St. Louis.
