Potomac and Salem Washed out on Thursday

Woodbridge, VA - Thursday's doubleheader between the Potomac Nationals (22-15) and Salem Red Sox (17-20) at Northwest Federal Field at Pfitzner Stadium has been postponed due to rain.

With the Red Sox not set to return to Northwest Federal Field at Pfitzner Stadium again in the first half of the 2018 season, the doubleheader, plus the previously rained out game in the series will all take place in Salem, VA at Haley Toyota Field. Dates and times of all three games are TBD.

The Potomac Nationals will be back in action on Friday night, as they will begin a brief three-game road trip in Lynchburg, VA against the Hillcats. First pitch at Calvin Falwell Field is set for 6:30pm. The Potomac broadcast will get underway at 6:15pm with the "P-Nats Lead-Off Show." The broadcast can be heard on potomacnationals.com or via the TuneIn Radio App.

The Potomac Nationals of the Carolina League play at Northwest Federal Field at Pfitzner Stadium in Woodbridge, Virginia, and are the Carolina League affiliate of the Washington Nationals.
