Beloit Sky Carp News Release
BELOIT, WI - The Beloit Snappers have announced that the Pohlman Field concourse is being remodeled and is close to completion.
"We're very excited about our new concourse," said Snappers President and Chairman Dennis Conerton.
"We want to provide our fans with the best ballpark experience possible and this is a huge upgrade to Pohlman Field. This is one more thing for our fans to love about our park."
This project to remodel the concourse was funded by the city of Beloit at a cost of about $82,000.
The new concourse will feature a rain garden that will host natural vegetation and help the drainage of water from the concourse surface.
This project is a follow up on last year's improvements to the outfield, clubhouses, decks, and restrooms.
The new concourse will be for fans' enjoyment for years to come.
