Philadelphia Union to Host Richmond Kickers in Fourth Round of 2018 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup

CHESTER, Pa. - Following this morning's Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Fourth Round Draw, Philadelphia Union will play USL side Richmond Kickers in their opening match of the 2018 competition. The contest takes place at Talen Energy Stadium on Tuesday, June 5 and is set to kick off at 7:00 p.m. ET.
All Union Full Season Ticket Members will receive this U.S. Open Cup Fourth Round match complimentary as part of their membership. Tickets for the game will be loaded directly on their Season Ticket Member cards in advance of the game.
Tickets beginning at $15 will be made available to the general public beginning Thursday, May 31 at 10:00 a.m. ET via PhiladelphiaUnion.com. Parking for the match will be free for all ticket holders.
First held in 1914, the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup is the oldest cup competition for soccer in the United States and the country's oldest annual tournament for team sports. 2018 marks the 105th edition of the tournament, which saw the Union finish as runners-up in both 2014 and 2015. Last season, Philadelphia advanced to the Round of 16 of the competition.
The Union next play on Saturday, May 26 when they travel to Red Bull Arena to take on the New York Red Bulls (7:00 p.m. ET / PHL17).
