Pats Acquire Two from Rebels

Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats Hockey Club has completed a trade with the Red Deer Rebels, acquiring forwards Marc McCoy ('94), Filip Vasko ('93) and a conditional draft pick in 2015 return for the rights to forward Dominik Volek.

McCoy brings 92 games of WHL experience to the Pats lineup and adds size to the forward ranks standing 6'2" and tipping the scales at 192 lbs. This season, the Edmonton, Alberta product has six points (1G, 5A) in 28 games played.

In 23 games this season, Vasko features eleven points (4G, 7A). Hailing from Humenne, Slovakia, the 5'11", 175 lbs. forward played in 51 games last season as a rookie, totaling 12 points.
