The Week That Was

Wednesday, February 27th - Pats 0 @ Prince Albert 7

The week didn't start in favour of the Pats as the Raiders got goals from seven different scorers in a 7-0 rout of the Blue and White. Luke Siemens made 22 saves for the shutout.

Friday, March 1st - Moose Jaw 2 @ Pats 3 OT

Looking to rebound from their loss in P.A., the Pats lead heading into the third, but the Warriors would get a tying goal and send things to overtime. Trent Ouellette played hero, scoring the OT winner for Regina.

Saturday, March 2nd - Pats 7 @ Moose Jaw 2

The back half of the home-and-home belonged to the Pats as well. The Regina powerplay went 4/9 en route to the 7-2 victory. Morgan Klimchuk, Chandler Stephenson and Kyle Burroughs all had four points.

Sunday, March 3rd - Brandon 3 @ Pats 4 SO

Things didn't look good down 3-1 in the third period, but the Pats got goals from Carson Samoridny and Chandler Stephenson to tie the game. Stephenson would strike again with the shootout winner.

Quote of the Week

"We're trying to build an identity. Let's keep working toward that. It's not only this year, it's (for) next year. I want them to support their teammates and come out and compete. Never say die until it's over. That's a habit too. You need to have that same determination and dedication (regardless of the scenario). That's a life lesson like anything else. "
