One Lucky Fan to Win Season Tickets in "Golden Ticket" Promotion

WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - In a Willy Wonka-esque promotion in anticipation of Friday's Opening Day at Raley Field, the Sacramento River Cats have announced that they will be handing out 500 bags of peanuts in and around Sacramento with one containing a "Golden Ticket" good for FREE 2008 River Cats season tickets (a value of over $1,000!).
Every one of the peanut bags being distributed can be redeemed at the Raley Field ticket office for two tickets to Opening Day, this Friday (April 11), at Raley Field.
To redeem the Golden Ticket, the lucky winner will need to call (916) 371-HITS and tickets to Opening Day must be redeemed in person by bringing their peanut bag to the Raley Field Ticket Office. The Golden Ticket must be redeemed by May 1, 2008.
Individual tickets for the River Cats' 2008 regular season home opener on Friday, April 11th against the Las Vegas 51s (Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers) at Raley Field (7:05 p.m.) are currently available at the Raley Field Ticket Office or online at Rivercats.com. Premier seating at every River Cats game throughout the 2008 season can be secured through purchase of River Cats Full Season Tickets, Mini-Plans or Group Packages. 2008 River Cats Season Tickets or Mini-Plans can be purchased at the Raley Field Ticket Office or by calling the River Cats Ticket Hotline at (916) 371-HITS.
