South Bend Silver Hawks News Release
South Bend, IN -- Warm up your vocal cords Michiana because the Silver Hawks want to hear you sing.
The Silver Hawks have 70 home games this season and are looking to the community to help get the game started with a performance of the National Anthem. Tryouts will be held at University Park Mall on Wednesday, March 16th from 5:30 - 7:30 PM.
Participants can pre-register by filling out the registration form found online at www.silverhawks.com. Completed forms can be submitted via email (ntobey@silverhawks.com) or mailed to South Bend Silver Hawks, PO Box 4218, South Bend, IN 46634. Performers may also register at University Park Mall on the day of the event.
A panel of Silver Hawks staff members will observe and review all performances. Selected performers will be contacted at a later date.
The South Bend Silver Hawks will begin the 2011 season with an exhibition game against Notre Dame on Tuesday, April 5th.
