Niagara IceDogs' Eastern-Conference Semi-Final Schedule Released

The Niagara IceDogs successfully clinched their first Central Division Championship since the 2011-2012, and defeated the North Bay Battalion in 5 games, to move on to the second round of the OHL Playoffs!

The IceDogs will face the Oshawa Generals for the second straight post-season. In the playoffs last season, the IceDogs moved on to the second round, defeating the Generals in 5 games. This season, the series was won by Niagara, including a 6-2 win on December 15th, and a 4-3 overtime loss in November.

Over the course of the regular season, Ben Jones scored 4 goals, while Philip Tomasino scored 3.

In 5 games this post-season, former General Jack Studnicka leads the IceDogs with 8 points (4G, 4A). Philip Tomasino (6) and Ivan Lodnia, Oliver Castleman, Jason Robertson, Akil Thomas, and Matt Brassard (4) follow closely behind.

Stephen Dhillon tops all OHL goalies this season, with a 1.41 goals against average and a .943 save percentage. He leads the league with 3 shutouts.
