LaToya Sanders tied a Mystics playoff record with five steals in Game 1of the Semifinals against the Las Vegas Aces, previously set by Chamique Holdsclaw vs. Charlotte on 8/15/02. Sanders recorded six steals in a regular season game against the Sparks (6/18) this season, now joining teammate Ariel Atkins as one of seven players with multiple 5+ steal games in 2019.
Against the Las Vegas Aces, Elena Delle Donne led the Mystics with 25 points, her third 20-point outing in the 2019 postseason. Delle Donne has now scored in double figures in 22-consecutive playoff games dating back to 2014 and has averaged 20.1 points per playoff game as a member of the Mystics (17 games since 2017), scoring 20+ points in eight games, tied for the most in the league in that span.
