Mudcats Begin 2013 Season at Five County Stadium

Zebulon, N.C. - The Carolina Mudcats open the 2013 Carolina League Season on Friday, April 5th and will be home through Wednesday, April 10th. The Mudcats will host the Winston-Salem Dash and Wilmington Blue Rocks for three games each.
Friday is Opening Night as the Mudcats will host their first Fireworks Friday of the year at 7:15 p.m.! Saturday, April 6th, will be a 6:15 first pitch. Sunday, a 2 p.m. start against the Dash, features the return of the always popular "Kids Run the Bases" following the game!
The Kansas City Royals affiliate Wilmington Blue Rocks come to town for the first of three on Monday night, April 8th. Dollar Dog Days returns on Tuesday night, April 9th, with $1 hot dogs served at Five County Stadium. It's a special Education Day with an 11 a.m. start on Wednesday, April 10th.
