San Antonio Missions News Release
MIDLAND - The Missions pounded out a season-high 17 hits and established a season-high for runs in a 10-5 series-opening win Thursday night at Security Bank Ballpark.
Six San Antonio hitters collected multiple hits. Austin Allen and River Stevens each had three hits. Stevens also knocked in three runs.

The Missions (8-5) moved back into a first-place tie with Midland in the South Division and improved their road record to 5-2.
Austin Allen left the game with an apparent injury after grounding out in the seventh inning.
