NOTABLE:
- The Milwaukee Wave swept MISL Player of the Month honors for February, with Nick Vorberg (Goalkeeper), Chris Morman (Defensive), and Greg Howes (Offensive) all earning recognition. The trio was instrumental in the Wave's 6-2 record during the month, which included a six-game winning streak that vaulted the club to the top of the MISL standings.
- The Chicago Storm has announced their First Annual Chicago Legends Game, which will be held at the UIC Pavilion on Sunday, April 3, at 4:30 p.m. Central Time, prior to the Storm's game against the St. Louis Steamers. The teams will feature Storm Head Coach and General Manager Frank Klopas, General Sales Manager Karl-Heinz Granitza, Chairman and CEO Viktor Jakovljevic, and Assistant Coaches Oscar Albuquerque and Jeff Kraft. Other participants and special guests will be announced in the near future.
- The league's official website, www.misl.net, has kicked off a new weekly feature called "Ask The Pros", designed to give fans direct access to some of the league's most popular players. The first "Ask The Pros" installment places the spotlight on Milwaukee's Greg Howes, who responded to questions from fans from around the league. Fans may send questions for this week's featured player, Cleveland's John Ball, to fanmail@misl.net.
