Mets Open Seven-Game Home Stand Today

St. Lucie Mets News Release


PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - The St. Lucie Mets return home to First Data Field on Monday to start a seven-game home stand vs. a pair of FSL South teams.

Monday-Wednesday the Mets take on the Charlotte Stone Crabs (Tampa) then they finish the home stand with four games against the Palm Beach Cardinals (St. Louis) Thursday-Sunday.

Games Monday-Saturday start at 6:30 p.m. while Sunday's finale is a noon start time.

Tickets to all games are available on www.stluciemets.com, over the phone by calling 772-871-2115 or at the First Data Field box office (opens 10 a.m. weekdays).

The highlights of the home stand are Dollar Night on Thursday, Be a Hero Night on with specialty jerseys on Saturday, the annual St. Lucie County Safety and Reading Festivals on Saturday and postgame fireworks on Saturday.

The following is a full list of happenings at the ballpark for the upcoming home slate.

Monday - 6:30 p.m.

-All kids 12-and-under receive free admission.

Tuesday - 6:30 p.m.

-Fans can get two tickets, two hot dogs and two sodas for just $15.

-Silver Sluggers Night: All Silver Sluggers members get in free and receive a free hot dog

-Baseball Bingo: Free for all fans to play

Wednesday - 6:30 p.m.

-All You Can Eat and a Seat: For $20 fans get a ticket to the game and access to the smorgasbord of hamburgers, hot dogs, taco bar, salad, popcorn, $2 soda, $2 water and $2 beer.

Thursday - 6:30 p.m.

-Dollar Night: $1 Bud and Bud Light (8 oz. cans), $1 hot dogs, $1 soda and $1 popcorn.

-Mason Jar Special: Buy a Mets mason jar for $12 and receive $1 draft beer refills every Dollar Night the remainder of the season.

Friday - 6:30 p.m.

-Family 4 Pack: Receive four general admission tickets, four sodas and one family size popcorn for only $20.

-2018 team photo giveaway

-Fun Run Around the Bases for kids 12-and-under after the game.

Saturday - 6:30 p.m.

-Be a Hero Night: The Mets will wear spider hero-themed jerseys during the game which will be auctioned off online. Fans are encouraged to dress up as their favorite hero as well. The Mets jerseys will be auctioned off after the game (text METS to 79230 to register). Proceeds will go to Voices for Children of the Treasure Coast and Guardian ad Litem.

-St. Lucie County Family Reading Festival: From 9 a.m.-1 p.m. inside the stadium families with kids of all ages can enjoy a book fair, author readings and much more reading related fun. Free tickets to the game for 300 children will be distributed.

-St. Lucie County Safety Festival: From 10 a.m.-2p.m. in the parking lot fans can learn about important aspects of safety like fire safety, water safety, pet safety and more. Free tickets to the game will be distributed.

-Postgame fireworks presented by Seacoast Bank!

Sunday - 12:00 p.m.

-Klutch's Kids Crew Day: All kids club members get in for free.
