Meet the Bees Dinner Set

Burlington, IA – The annual "Meet the Bees" dinner will be held tomorrow night on Tuesday, April 6th at 7:00 PM in the banquet area at the Best Western Pzazz. This will be the first opportunity for fans to meet Manager Jim Gabella, the coaching staff, and all of the players before the start of the season. A finger food buffet including Chicken Lips and other Martini's favorites will be served and the team will be introduced as part of a short program beginning at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for kids 12 and under. All tickets will be available at the door.

The team will also have open workouts on Tuesday and Wednesday. Tomorrow's workout will start at 2:15 and Wednesday night the team will work out under the lights starting at 6:00. The gates will be open and fans are welcome to come take a sneak peak at the team before Opening Night on Thursday.

Tickets are available for the season opener on Thursday against the Kane County Cougars at 7:00. The gates will open at 6:00 and the first 1,000 fans will receive a commemorative Paul Molitor Hall of Fame Magnet Schedule. It is also a Whitey's Thirsty Thursday featuring two-for-one specials on draft beer and two-for-$3 specials on canned beer and Pepsi. For ticket information, contact the Bees at (319) 754-5705.
