March 30th Home Opener Moved To Rio Tinto Stadium
HERRIMAN, Utah - Utah Warriors announced today a venue change for Friday, March 30 against Glendale Raptors. Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah will now host the teams 2018 Utah Warriors Rugby season home opener. The decision to relocate the match was made to provide the best possible fan experience with the safety and comfort of the fans held in the team's highest priority as the construction of the world-class Zions Bank Stadium in Herriman enters its final phase.
Starting Wednesday, March 14 at www.WarriorsRugby.com and by calling the Warriors Box Office at 801-935-4045, fans can purchase their Opening Night Ticket Specials for $6 Youth, $12 Military/College Student/Senior and $22 Adult tickets for General Admission seating. The Warriors will return to its new 5,000-seat Zions Bank Stadium home on Friday, April 20 at 7:00 p.m. MT against Alberta Wolfpack in the Inaugural Season.
