Maya Moore Bobblehead Night
This Friday's game (August 26) against the San Antonio Silver Stars is Maya Moore Bobblehead Night presented by Target. Playoff Tickets on Sale
Last weekend, Lynx playoff tickets went on sale. Lower- level tickets are available for the Western Conference Semifinals for as low as $10. Playoff strips, which include tickets to all three playoff rounds, are also available. All tickets can be purchased by calling the Lynx front office at 612-673-8400 or by visiting LynxBasketball.com.
Lynx at the State Fair
On Thursday, August 25 from 2 - 3 p.m., Monica Wright and Amber Harris will be at the FS North booth at the Minnesota State Fair. The players will be meeting fans, signing autographs and handing out Lynx-related prizes.
LINDSAY WHALEN is averaging 18.0 points, 3.9 rebounds and 6.1 assists in Minnesota's last nine road games. She is shooting 61% from the floor in those contests.
MAYA MOORE ranks second among qualified rookies in points (12.6 ppg) and rebounds (4.3 rpg) while ranking third in assists (2.8 apg).
REBEKKAH BRUNSON is shooting a career- high 53.2% from the floor this season, compared to just 42.9% last season.
TAJ McWILLIAMS- FRANKLIN leads all qualified centers in assists (2.7 apg). The mark is the second highest assist total of her 13 year career.
SEIMONE AUGUSTUS ranks second among guards in field goal percentage (50.1%), trailing only teammate Lindsay Whalen.
Lynx Among WNBA Leaders
- Rebekkah Brunson ranks 3rd in rebounding (9.3 pg), 5th in field goal percentage (.532) and 32nd in scoring (11.2 ppg).
- Lindsay Whalen ranks 1st in assists (5.9 apg), 1st in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.75), T-7th in field goal percentage (.515) and T-16th in scoring (14.2 ppg).
- Seimone Augustus ranks 9th in scoring (16.5 ppg), 10th in field goal percentage (.501) and 15th in free throw percentage (.846).
- Maya Moore ranks T-23rd in scoring (12.6 ppg), T- 21st in assists (2.8 apg), T-9th in steals (1.5 spg) and 29th in free throw percentage (.765).
