Lardis and Avon Both Score on Return as Petes Fall 3-2 to First Place Spitfires

(Windsor, ON) On November 10th, the Petes traveled to Windsor for their first meeting with the Western Conference leading Spitfires since 2020. It would be a homecoming for Petes defenceman Konnor Smith, who would play in his hometown for the first time in his OHL career. The Petes would fall to Windsor by a score of 3-2.
J.R. Avon and Nick Lardis had the only goals for the Petes, Sahil Panwar and Chase Stillman each added an assist. Michael Simpson stopped 31/34 in the loss.
