Kyrin Priester Joins the Cobras
GREENSBORO - Former Clemson and Washington State standout wide receiver Kyrin Priester (6'1", 190) has joined Carolina's receiving core
This will be Priester's first experience in the professional arena. He's striving to "make explosive plays for the offense" and wants to also "help the team back to the championship."
Priester attended Brookwood High School in Snellville, Georgia, where he came out of school as a four star prospect, with offers to big name schools such as North Carolina State, Ohio State, Georgia, Purdue, and TCU. He was also ranked No. 170 on ESPN's top 300 in 2013. Priester ultimately committed to Clemson, where he spent his freshman season in 2014.
Following 2014 Priester transferred to Washington State University, where, in 2015, he compiled 33 receptions for 241 yards and a touchdown. Priester played in all 13 of the Cougars games that season, including their 20-14 Sun Bowl win over Miami (FL).
