City closes out the final homestand of the season on Sunday with a visit from Columbus Crew SC. This will be the second meeting between the clubs in 2018. Here is what you need to know about the visitors:

Recent Form Columbus is in the midst of an inconsistent run of late. The run has seen them fall in the table to fifth but still looking likely to clinch a playoff berth late with Montreal trailing by five points and only two matches remaining. Crew SC is 3-3-3 since the start of August.

Who is Hot? If we're talking about who's in good form in 2018 we have to mention Gyasi Zardes. He's been hitting the back of the net plenty this season with 16 goals. 11 goals more than anybody else in the club. Federico Higuain has been his usual productive self with eight assists and five goals this season.

Head-to-Head: City is 1-5-2 in MLS play against Columbus. The last meeting between both sides was a gifted win for the Ohio side.
