
Joe Bisenius Joins P-Nats; Luis Garcia Sent To Hagerstown

The Washington Organization announced today Joe Bisenius has been sent from Extended Spring to Potomac to replace RHP Luis Garcia who was sent to Hagerstown (LoA).
Bisenius had spent his previous six years with the Phillies organization. Last season he spent time with four different affiliates. In 2007, he pitched in the Majors throwing three scoreless innings over two appearances.
Garcia was sent to Extended Spring earlier in the season. He was recalled this past weekend. In his only appearance in his second stint with Potomac, he allowed six unearned runs on six hits and a walk in 2/3 of an inning.
