Jackals Gear up for Pro Placement Camp

The Elmira Jackals will host their Sixth Annual Pro Placement Camp at the First Arena Recreational Rink beginning Friday, Sept. 2 to Sunday, Sept. 4. Jackals fans are invited to attend the event free of charge.
The camp provides young hockey players with an opportunity to qualify for the Jackals' 2011-2012 training camp and to be noticed by scouts from other minor-pro hockey leagues.
Last season, former Pro Placement Camp attendee Martin Moucha skated five games with the Jackals, contributing two goals and an assist for Elmira on its way to the Kelly Cup Playoffs.

Friday, Sept. 2:
7:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. Blue Team (Goaltender Practice)
8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. White Team (Goaltender Practice)
Saturday, Sept. 3:
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Game 1, Blue vs. White
4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Game 2, Blue vs. White
6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. Goaltender Workout
Sunday, Sept. 4:
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Game 3, Blue vs. White
