Huskies Announce 2012 Promotional Schedule

(Duluth, MN) - The Duluth Huskies have announced the nightly Promotional Schedule for the 2012 Northwoods League season. The 2012 season at Wade Stadium features three fireworks displays and a visit from the nationally known entertainment act, the Inflatamanics. The Huskies will also be welcoming 2012 Hobey Baker Award Winner Jack Connolly to The Wade for a special night on June 29th. Notable giveaways include Baseball Cap Night, Thunderstix, Baseballs and Harley D. Huskie Coin Banks.
Opening Night for the 2012 Season is Wednesday, May 30th at 7:35 pm presented by North Shore Bank featuring post game fireworks. The entire 2012 Promotional Schedule is as follows:

Wed 5/30 - OPENING NIGHT presented by North Shore Bank - Season Opening Post Game Fireworks Extravaganza also sponsored by Midwest Communications!
Thu 5/31 - Thirsty Thurst-day - All Domestic Beer price including Bud or Bud Light 16 oz cans in the stands.
Mon 6/4 - Monday Mania! - Buy one get one free Reserved or General Admission ticket
Tue 6/5 - Kids Day presented by the Duluth News Tribune - Area Schools' Day at The Wade for a special 11:35 AM game. It's also our first Twitter Tuesday of the season, so make sure to follow @DuluthHuskies on twitter!
Wed 6/6 - Dollar Off Dog Night - Receive one dollar off all hot dogs!
Thu 6/7 - Thunderstix Night presented by Harley Davidson Sport Center - The first 1000 fans in attendance will be receiving a set of Thunderstix courtesy of Harley Davidson Sport Center in Duluth! It's also another Thirsty Thurst-day!
Fri 6/8 - Duluth Huskies Baseball Cap Night - The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a Duluth Huskies Baseball Cap also sponsored by KTCO and Midwest Communications!
Mon 6/11 - Minnesota Twins Night presented by KDAL - The Duluth Huskies welcome Minnesota Twins mascot TC Bear on this night full of excitement for the home team sponsored by KDAL AM! It's also another Monday Mania night!
Tue 6/12 - Twitter Tuesday - Follow the Duluth Huskies on Twitter @DuluthHuskies for the chance for discounted tickets or merchandise on Tuesday's throughout the season!
Wed 6/13 - Throw Homelessness a Curveball with Life House - Join the Duluth Huskies and Life House as they look to strikeout homelessness in the Northland.
Sun 6/17 - Father's Day Dad's Dig - What better way to celebrate Dad than to take him to a Duluth Huskies game? Who knows, he may win a special prize in the warning track dirt sponsored by KDAL AM and KDAL FM! Also, it's our first Cub Foods Sunday Family Fun Day!

Thu 6/28 - UMD Night featuring Hobey Baker Winner Jack Connolly presented by UMD Stores - Join the Huskies in congratulating Duluth's own Jack Connolly for winning the 2012 Hobey Baker Award along with the UMD community! It's also another Thirsty Thurst-day!
Fri 6/29 - Turn Back the Clock Night - Join the Huskies as we turn back the clock to the early days of Wade Stadium as the "Duluth Dukes" take on the Willmar Stingers sponsored by KDAL AM and KDAL FM.
Sat 6/30 - Inflatamaniacs - Come enjoy the hilarious antics of the nationally known Inflatamaniacs as they bring their show to Duluth for the night!
Sun 7/1 - Bark in the Park presented by Animal Allies - Bring your four legged friend to the ballpark for this special day for dog lovers and their best friends alike! It's also another Cub Foods Sunday Family Fun Day.
Thu 7/5 - Baseball Giveaway presented by Nordic Waste - The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a Duluth Huskies baseball presented by Nordic Waste. It's also another Thirsty Thurst-day!
Fri 7/6 - Hockey Night at The Wade with the Duluth Clydesdales - Join the Huskies and the Duluth Clydesdales as we celebrate the great and growing tradition of hockey in the Northland including a special giveaway item from the Duluth Clydesdales also sponsored by KDWZ!
Sat 7/7 - Ladies Night Diamond Dig presented by Security Jewelers - It's Ladies Night at The Wade as Security Jewelers presents a special postgame Diamond Dig in the infield after the game for a diamond.
