Hamilton Bulldogs to Play Two Games at Bell Centre in Montreal this Season

HAMILTON, ON - The Hamilton Bulldogs, AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, announced today that the club will play two games at Bell Centre in Montreal this season. The first game will be played on Friday, November 18th when the 'Dogs host the Binghamton Senators for a 7:30 p.m. game. The second will be played on Friday, February 24th as the Bulldogs welcome the St. John's IceCaps to Bell Centre for a 7:30 p.m. game. These events are presentations of evenko. It will be the Bulldogs' seventh and eighth games at Bell Centre in the team's history.

Details regarding ticket sales for these games will be announced at a later date.

Last season, 13,267 fans attended the November 5th, 2010 game when the 'Dogs defeated the Senators 5-2 at Bell Centre. The second game played last season at Bell Centre was on February 25th, 2011 when the Bulldogs downed the Adirondack Phantoms 4-1 in front of 14,809 fans.

The Bulldogs will open their 2011-2012 season at home on Saturday, October 8th at 7:00 p.m. at Copps Coliseum against the Rochester Americans. Single game tickets for the first half of the season will go on sale on September 6th and will be available at the Copps Coliseum Box Office, any Ticketmaster Outlet, online at www.ticketmaster.ca or through charge-by-phone at 1-855-872-5000.
