Generals Announce Memorial Game for Evan Thomas

Moose Jaw Warriors News Release
The Moose Jaw Generals Midget AAA Hockey Club, in partnership with the Moose Jaw Warriors, will be holding a Humboldt Broncos Memorial Game in honour of former Moose Jaw General Evan Thomas. Evan was in his rookie season with the Humboldt Broncos and lost his life in a tragic bus accident on April 6th.
The game will take place Thursday April 19th, 7:30PM at Mosaic Place in Moose Jaw. It will be admission by donation with all proceeds raised going to the Humboldt Broncos and the Thomas family.
"Evan was a very special young man and he will be remembered fondly. We will treasure our happy memories of the time we had with Evan as he touched so many lives. With the help of the Moose Jaw Warriors we hope, not only the hockey community, but the community in general, will come together to remember Evan and support the Humboldt Broncos". The game will feature former Moose Jaw Midget AAA Generals, Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League Players, and Western Hockey League Players.
