Gamblers Send Perbix to Des Moines

February 20, 2019 - United States Hockey League (USHL) - Green Bay Gamblers News Release

The Green Bay Gamblers announced on Wednesday that they have traded forward Jackson Perbix to the Des Moines Buccaneers. In exchange the Gamblers receive forward Brady Meyer and a player to be named later. Meyer is expected to be in the Gamblers line-up this weekend.

Meyer (10/17/01) has appeared in 41 games this season with the Buccaneers, producing three goals and four assists. The North Branch, Minnesota native played last season in Central Illinois, notching six points (3g & 3a) in 13 games. Meyer is committed to the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Perbix leaves the Gamblers after posting 37 points (9g & 28a) in 43 games. The Elk River, Minnesota native saw action in 17 games last season, producing a goal and three assists. Perbix is committed to the University of Minnesota (2019).

Gamblers travel to Madison on Friday before returning to the Resch Center on Saturday for the 20th Annual Teddy Bear Toss. Game time on Saturday is 7:05 PM. Tickets available at or at the Resch Center box office. Box office hours are Monday - Friday 11:00 -5:00 PM and Saturday beginning at 11:00 AM.
