Flying Squirrels to Host 2019 Job Fairs

FUNNVILLE - The Richmond Flying Squirrels, the Double-A Affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, will host two job fairs - one on Saturday, February 23 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., and another on Saturday, March 9 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. - at The Diamond.

The Flying Squirrels are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, hardworking individuals (ages 16 & up) to fill a variety of game day positions for the 2019 season.

The job fairs will take place on the main concourse at The Diamond. Interested individuals can use the main gates of the stadium (facing North Boulevard) and proceed up the stairs to the main concourse level and the job fair area. Prospective employees will fill out applications and interview with department heads during the event.

Benefits of being a Flying Squirrels game day employee include a fun, outdoor work environment, flexible hours and complimentary Flying Squirrels tickets during each month of employment.

Cashier/Food Runner

Clean Team

Cold Prep Cook

Concession Stand Manager

Job Fair Dates:

Saturday, February 23 | 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. | The Diamond

Saturday, March 9 | 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. | The Diamond

Candidates may print the Flying Squirrels Candidate Information Form and submit via email to debbie.srock@squirrelsbaseball.com, submit at either of the remaining job fair dates or at the Flying Squirrels' front office during normal business hours to the attention of Debbie Srock.

Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

The Richmond Flying Squirrels are located at 3001 N. Boulevard, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

For the first time ever, the Flying Squirrels host the 2019 Eastern League All-Star Game presented by Genworth on July 10 at The Diamond. Tickets can be purchased at the Flying Squirrels Ticket Office, located on the first-base side of The Diamond, or online at squirrelsbaseball.com.
