ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - The Philadelphia Union II was away at Tampa Bay on a stormy Sunday night with a final score of 2-0. Tampa Bay netted two goals in the first half while the Union II created multiple scoring chances. Union II dominated the beginning of the second half in possession, but Tampa Bay's defense held down their 2-0 lead. Union II will be away this Wednesday, September 9th at Red Bulls II at Red Bull Arena, (5:00 p.m. ET /ESPN+).

Centerback Ben Ofeimu makes his return to the Starting XI for his 42nd career start with Union II.

Philadelphia Union Academy player Dante Huckaby continues his starts streak for 2020. Huckaby is the only Union II player this season to have played every minute of the 2020 USL Championship season.

Union II midfielder and signed future Union homegrown Jack McGlynn returns to the starting XI. In his last appearance for the club, he netted his first professional goal and registered the game-winning assist against New York Red Bulls II.

Midfielder David Rabadán makes his fifth USL Championship start of 2020.

After scoring his first USL Championship goal against ATL UTD 2 on Wednesday, Paxten Aaronson makes his second start of the season and of his career.
