Bulgarian National Team defender joins FC Dallas
FRISCO, TEXAS - FC Dallas has signed outside back Anton Nedyalkov from Bulgarian side CKSA Sofia, pending receipt of his P-1 Visa and International Transfer Certificate, the club announced today. Per league and team policy, terms of the deal will not be disclosed
Nedyalkov, 24, began his professional career at the age of 18 with PFK Litex Lovech in Bulgaria. He has appeared in 129 first division matches, including stints on loan and with his most-recent club, CSKA Sofia.
A member of the Bulgarian National Team, Nedyalkov has been capped by the senior team five times. The defender appeared in matches versus Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden during Europe's 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying schedule. Bulgaria won four matches but finished fourth in Group A in World Cup qualifying behind France, Sweden and the Netherlands.
