Fan-Focused Menu Options Coming to Houston Dynamo & Dash Home Games

Houston Dynamo FC News Release
HOUSTON - Fans attending Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash home matches in 2019 will have the opportunity to enjoy traditional ballpark food and beverage options at discounted prices, along with healthier menu options designed by the chefs at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, the club announced today.
Happy Hour is coming to Dynamo and Dash home games this season, giving fans the opportunity to take advantage of discounts on select food and beverage options for the first 60 minutes after gates open. For Dash games, gates open an hour before kickoff, so the discounted offerings will be available until the referee's whistle blows.
"We've spent a lot of time talking to our fans over the offseason, whether that be in person, over the phone or through surveys, and one of the consistent pieces of feedback that we've received is the desire for more affordable concession options," said Dynamo and Dash President of Business Operations John Walker. "We're grateful to our concession partners at Levy Restaurants for their cooperation on this initiative, and we're proud to work with MD Anderson to deliver healthy options to our fans on game days."
Happy Hour discounts include $3 hot dogs and peanuts, $4 tacos, $5 draft beer and $6 refillable popcorn buckets. Discounted combos are also available for the first 60 minutes after gates open, including a $10 combo that includes a hot dog, soda and chips; a $6 combo that includes popcorn and a soda; and an $8 combo which includes nachos and a soda.
Discounted food and beverage offerings are available at selected concession stands throughout the concourse, with at least one discounted concession offering on each side of the stadium.
Healthy menu options created by the culinary team at MD Anderson Cancer Center will be available at the Taqueria near Section 134 along the south end of the stadium. Offerings include veggie tacos, a fruit cup and a veggie cup. Additionally, fans in the stadium's luxury suites can order a la carte healthy add-ons to the standard suite menu, including a ZLT (zucchini, lettuce and tomato) sandwich, roasted bistro-style vegetables and grilled asparagus.
